Enrique Dillon was born in Buenos Aires and grew up sailing and racing. Early passages — including the roughly 1,200-nautical-mile run from Buenos Aires to Rio — set a standard he still holds: preparation, seamanship, and respect for the sea.

He went on to work as a delivery captain and yacht construction manager, earned his Argentine Piloto de Yate, and completed a computer science degree at Universidad de Belgrano. One of his deliveries took a 110-foot yacht from Buenos Aires to Palm Beach — a crossing that still informs how he thinks about boats, crews, and distance.

Key Biscayne has been home since 1988. There he built businesses around yachts and the people who own them, stayed close to the water as a racing sailor, and served Key Biscayne Yacht Club as Race Chair for five years and as a member of the Board of Governors.

Today Enrique is a yacht broker with Luke Brown Yachts. Through Dillon Yachts he helps clients discover boats — including pocket and off-market opportunities through Luke Brown’s network — arrange charters, manage and repair vessels, and arrange captained deliveries. He works across South Florida — Miami and Fort Lauderdale — with home base on Key Biscayne; brokerage reach extends along the East Coast, including markets such as Connecticut and Newport. He holds a USCG 100-ton captain's license with a sail endorsement, and works fluently in English and Spanish.
